Summer vacation rentals require a 2-night minimum stay. Holiday weekends have a 3-night minimum.
Cancellation Policy: Three weeks or more notice required for a full refund or credit, less $15
service charge. Less than 2 weeks notice, no refund or credit. No refunds for inclement weather. No refunds for early departure.
Please bring bed linens, towels, pots & pans and cooking utensils.
No smoking inside. Daytime guests # may not exceed 4 people and must
register at the store.
Check-in between 1:00 PM and 9:00 PM during the summer season.
Check-out time is 12:00 PM, but you may stay on the premises until 2:00 PM.
